The board of directors has the ultimate financial responsibility for the association and responsibility for the administration and affairs of the association. The board of directors also has the authority to initiate and enforce legal action on behalf of the community, and take any other action necessary to ensure the vitality of the Pacific Palisades Homeowners Association.
PPHA members hold an election for the board of directors each November at the annual meeting. Board members serve staggered two-year terms to provide the board with a strong level of operational continuity year-over-year.
